Maak ‘n kopkaart oor jouself. Skryf jou naam in die middel en skryf 10 goed neer waarvan jy hou. As jy klaar is maak nog ‘n kopkaart maar skryf die keer 10 goed neer waarvan jy nie hou nie.

Make a mindmap about yourself. Write your name in the middle and write 10 things down that you like.

Now do the same but this time write down 10 things that you don’t like.
